We have been in business for over 25 years and have extensive experience in the fields of construction, tourism and services. Over the years, dozens of commercial projects have been successfully implemented, including with the participation of international partners and scaling to foreign markets. The idea of ​​creating the PEARLY platform arose in 2021, during the COVID-19 pandemic, when the global crisis clearly showed the vulnerability of businesses dependent on stable supply chains, labor flow and personal contacts. Seeing these problems from the inside, the idea came to create a digital platform that would automate the processes of hiring, settlements, contract execution and reduce dependence on external factors through modern technologies.
